I have an emergency because my S/N 2950 2 MPS (120mpm) software, purchased 2/26/2007. is only sending approximately 20 MPM (message per minute). We are using a set or battery of 14 modems to send the 2 MPS. This poor performance is seriously creating problems because we're logging in our commitment to send the messages of our clients. ¡¡¡HELP PLEASE!!! | |||

Hi Clinton, Can you provide any more details? It sounds like maybe some of the modems are off-line? As a starting point, could you post the SMSOUT-yyyymmdd.LOG file? Actually, I'd like to see that file and the SMSWEB-yyyymmdd.LOG file. E-mail that file to nowsms@nowsms.com with a subject line of "Attention: Des". Also, post a reply here letting me know that you've sent those files. That way I know to look through our e-mail system to find the files. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
