Hello, We have the following scenario: 1. redundant disk raid 5 array: 192.168.0.40 where we store shared user folder 2. sms-gateway 192.168.0.20 (NowSMS) with parameter UserDir=\192.168.0.40\Users We are able to edit user balances but when we try to bind over smpp to sms-gateway we are always getting error. Testing version 20080603. Seems some internal NowSMS errors. Please update about that issue. Regards, Alex K. | |||

Hi Alex, I believe there is some confusion about this setting. I found one place in our documentation where it was referenced as "UsersDir=", and another where it is referenced as "UsersQDir=". Can you try setting both of those values, and set them to the same path? -- Des NowSMS Support | |||

I noticed your typo, but I believe there is also another one. Try setting both "UsersDir" and "UsersQDir". | |||
