According to nowsms Routing Rule that it checks if the senderId found in a one SMPP connection then it will send through.
it's ok if the senderId is one,if it is multiple the rule is not applied.
After many check I guessed that if I put Default Sender Id like this:sssne, kkkkk.
nowsms will consider it as one sender and not 2.
So if I sent as the sender sssne it will not match the sender ID.
Is there any solution to this?

What version of NowSMS are you running? I seem to recall that you are running an older version of NowSMS.

Support for a comma delimited list of sender addresses for sender-based routing was added in NowSMS 2007.
