I'm using an iPhone 4 with Vietnam Mobifone Carier. I've tried to use it as Now SMSC for Now SMS. Here is how I tried: Connect the iPhone 4 to my Windows 7 x64 PC using the cable Run Now SMS v.2009.07.09 Select "SMSC" Tab Press "Add" In "SMSC Connection Type" dialog, select "GSM Phone or Modem" Press "OK" There are 3 items in the drop-down list of "Select available modem", I've tried all but not success. None of them was iPhone's COM port because before and after I plug in my iPhone, the drop-down items are still the same. Please show me how to use my iPhone as a SMSC for Now SMS! Thanks! | |||

I don't believe that any iPhone models expose a GSM modem interface. I would love for someone to tell me otherwise (and how to enable it), but to the best of my knowledge, no model of the iPhone supports a GSM modem interface. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
