I finally was able to connect to mBlox's SMSC gateway. However I am not able to send any messages. I sent myself some test messages (WAP Push) using the Web Interface, but get nothing. The event logs read:

Warning: SMS message could not be sent to xxxxxxxxxxx, Error: No SMSC defiend to route message.

Are there any params that need to be set before I'm able to send messages?

Hi Michael,

That is an mBlox specific error. You may have more updated documentation from mBlox than I do ... but the documentation that I have for them indicates a "Routing error for PSMS".

From past experience with mBlox, this indicates that some of their optional parameters relating to premium rate SMS are not set correctly.

Usually, they want you to set special parameters, such as mblox_operator and mblox_tariff.

The following thread contains information about how to configure NowSMS to support these parameters ... and how to define default values to be sent for these parameters (you can also override the defaults):

http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/1/9114.html

You will need to ask mBlox which parameters are required for your application, and what values you should be using.
