Hi Manuel,

I know you also contacted me by e-mail on this one. But just to share some thoughts with others ...

Does the message eventually get sent after the retry?

Unfortunately, the "CMS ERROR: 500" message that is being returned by the modem means "unknown error" ... so it is not always clear what the problem is.

From my experience, these errors seem to occur most frequently when the modem has a relatively weak signal from the carrier, where it sometimes
takes a couple of retries to get a message to transfer. If there is anything you can do to relocate or reposition the modem to improve the
signal, then this may help.

Good luck!

Thanks Brice.

Yes, the messages eventually get sent and that error, at least in my case, is definetelly because of a lack of signal strenght. Improved signal fixes it.

Regards.
