Hi.

According to OMNA WBXML Public Document ID specs (http://www.openmobilealliance.org/tech/omna/omna-wbxml-public-docid.htm) public id for OMA EMN is 0x0D, but NowSMS 5.50 uses id 0x0F (WV CSP 1.0).

Also EMN tag token value is interesting. According to OMA EMN spec EMN tag token value is 5 (05), but NowSMS 5.50 uses value C5.

Would it be possible to check these issues and maybe make modification to next release?

Thank You!

Hmm...I cannot locate the EMN spec at the moment.

I think we implemented it off of a draft version, but I can't locate that copy at the moment.

I do agree with you that based upon the above link, we would appear to be using the wrong public ID.

Regarding the 05 vs. C5 issue, that is probably not an issue. We do use 05 as the EMN tag token value. However, standard WBXML encoding of tags is that the high bits indicate whether the tag has any attribute values (0x80), and whether or not it has any content (0x40).

I'll post a fix for the document ID issue at http://www.nowsms.com/download/20050117.zip. This is a set of files that can be used to update v5.51.
