Corrected header with minimal edits for readability...
The Transcoder is unable to complete parsing the SMIL header and per its configured behavior returns the original media which is then forwarded to the destination handset including the original invalid SMIL header. The LG handset is seemingly not handling this invalid header gracefully while other handsets may or may not do a better job.

The "3D" maybe an optional formatting or unit specifier for SMIL attribute values but I'm not so sure these are valid for SMIL2.0 MMS application. I'm researching the purpose of the "3D" further to confirm whether or not it's valid for our MMS application.
