Hi,

I haven't seen this error in a long time, but I seem to recall that it is caused by the TEMP or TMP environmental variable pointing to a directory that does not exist. That seems to cause a problem for the installation software that we use.

Go to a command window, and type SET (then press Enter).

Look for the TEMP= and/or TMP= lines in the response that comes back, and make sure that the directories listed there actually exist.

I have checked that. Both TEMP and TMP point to same directory and the direcory exists.
Then also it doesn't install

This should be an easy one to solve, but I have no idea.

I suspect that you have a corrupt download file.

But just to clarify, what is the exact error message. And when is this error occurring? I'm assuming that it is being encountered during initial installation. (Or is it being encountered after installation when trying to check "run as service"?)
