The two most common problems are this...

In the "MMSC Routing" definition, where you define your MM1 connection over GPRS, check the following settings for best results:

1.) "Default Sender Address" should be blank. "Allow Sender Address Override" should NOT be checked.

2.) On the MMS Outbound Routing settings screen, there are two fields labeled "Login Name" and "Password".

Ensure that the "Login Name" and "Password" settings beneath the "Server Address" field should be blank. If a login name and password are required for connectivity, supply them in the fields beneath "GPRS APN".

If that doesn't solve your problem, then I'd like to see some debug logs in order to better understand.

Create a file named MMSWAP.INI in the NowSMS subdirectory, with the following contents:

[MMSWAP]
Debug=Yes

Also, edit MMSC.INI, and under the [MMSC] section header, add Debug=Yes.

Restart the NowSMS MMSC service.

Repeat your attempt to send a message.

ZIP the MMSCDEBUG.LOG and MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG files, and either post them in reply to this message, or e-mail them to nowsms@now.co.uk so that I can take a closer look at them.
