Hi, we have two Smpp connections with SMSC Hosts which in network perspective reachable and connected, but when i click on test the smpp its shows , Status : Modem Off-Line SMPP Failure - Unable to Connect to SMPP Server at 1.1.1.1:7777 So, what is the Issue? | |||

Hi, This error only happens when you test the connection? But it is otherwise working with NowSMS? The error indicates that a TCP connection cannot be established. Your provider may limit the number of simultaneous connections allowed. Regards, Bryce Norwood NowSMS Support | |||

just to inform you that the connections for two different provider . and for the second question. But it is otherwise working with NowSMS? NO its not working Nowsms, its shows SMPP Failure - Unable to connect to SMPP server at 1.1.1.1:7777 | |||

The error indicates that a TCP connection cannot be established to that IP address and port. In most cases, this means that either the server address/port is incorrect, or you are blocked via a firewall, and your IP address needs to be allowed by the provider's firewall. | |||
