Hi Support,

We are experiencing a recurring HTTP Error 500 with MMS messages sending to an external HTTP endpoint.

Started a couple of days ago and resolves itself usually within 30-60mins (email notification).

We rebooted our server as well as upgraded to the latest version (2024.05.15) but it appears to still be happening.

The following messages are found in the debug log:

TestSSLSocketOK: 100 bytes pending
HttpResponseWait: ioctlsocket indicates end of request, but SSLPendingData
ThreadProcessVASPQ: MM7 - got unknown response - HTTP status - 500 Internal Server Error
ThreadProcessVASPQ: HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

Hoping you can provide some guidance.

Apologies for not seeing this message earlier...it got stuck in limbo on our web site.

If this problem is truly sporadic, my advice would be to edit MMSC.INI and under the [VASPOUT-xxxxxx] header for that connection, add UseKeepAlive=No ... and see if this setting makes a difference.
