Hi It will be one week that our new nextgen had been launched , and we faced to an issue ( but our fault ^^ ) because the /var path was not dimensionned properly. So we increase from 18G to 50G the /var partition /dev/mapper/infravg-var 50G 30G 18G 64% /var as you can see on the path /var/lib/nowsms/MMSCDATA that severals directories are present ( see below ) /var/lib/nowsms/MMSCDATA# ls 20251203 20251205 20251208 20251209 20251210 20251211 20251212 20251213 20251214 20251215 20251216 20251217 As the definition is the folowing :MMSCDATA (MMSC message store for in-transit and recent messages), could you detailed the uses of the data that are inside this directory ? is it use also for statistics by example ? is there any configuration settings to manage the space took by MMSCDATA ? by example if we want only One week of retention by example . thanks beforehand for your feedback , Br Marc | |||

Hi Marc, By default, MMS message content (regardless of delivery state) is retained for 15 days. To change this timeout, it is necessary to edit MMSC.INI, and under the [MMSC] section header, add DataRetainDays=##, where ## is the number of days for MMS message data to be retained by the system.
