Hi. The gateway you make is awesome guys. But i had little different question. I dont't know how to convert a RTTTL ringtone to HEX format in order to send it through the gateway. does anyone know how to send pictures,sounds and photo messages to others on the sharp gx10i cos everytime i try it says network communication error if any one has a clue please enlighten me i will be very greatful. thanx daz | |||

Darren, It sounds like your phone is not configured properly. The relevant configuration settings are all operator specific ... so if the phone was purchased from one operator and then used on another operator, they need to be reconfigured. The following link is from the Vodafone NZ web site: http://www.vodafone.co.nz/vlive/vlive_configure_sharpgx10.jsp It explains how to get into the area of the phone where you configure settings. However, instead of using the settings in that link, you need to substitute in the settings for the mobile operator to which you are subscribed. -bn |
