I don't have enough information on your configuration, but I can see that you have posted in another thread ... https://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/1/113417.html ... where NowSMS does seem to be functioning. So...where are you trying to connect to this web interface from? The same computer that is running NowSMS, or a different computer? Start with the same computer that is actually running NowSMS ... Assuming that NowSMS is configured to use its default port of 8800, what happens when you use a web browser to connect to http://127.0.0.1:8800 or http://localhost:8800? (These are special addresses to refer to connections to local applications on the same computer.) Try changing the port number, as maybe another service is trying to use this port number. In the configuration, there are several places where you can specify to bind NowSMS services to a specific IP address, such as the "IP address for web interface" setting. Make sure this is set to "(all available)", otherwise the 127.0.0.1/localhost connections will fail, as the service will only accept connections on the IP address selected.
