Hello, can I reject a user's request with the NACK error if my SMPP connection with my provider is down? | |||

Hi, There is no setting for this. However, there is a configuration setting that can be applied to reject messages if the number of queued messages exceeds a defined limit. The following setting is supported under the [SMSGW] section header in SMSGW.INI: OutboundQueueLimit=##### This setting enforces a maximum number of messages in outbound message queue. If a user attempts to submit additional messages when over the limit, a throttling error will be returned. Regards, Des NowSMS Support | |||

Ok I understand. But this limit is for all messages from all users correct? If for some reason I have a lot of traffic and the queue is full it will reject everyone's message. But my idea is to reject when the connection is down and not when the queue is full. | |||
