Good afternoon. We had a problem in our server, that we're still trying to figure out, but somehow, all of our users inside the Gateway, were deleted. Is there a way that we could retrieve them, a backup file that could store that information. Thank you in advance. Ruben Silva | |||

User accounts are stored in a combination of these 2 files: SMSUSERS.D2A & SMSUSERS.D2I | |||

How can we load those accounts again in NOWSMS? Or we must do it manually? | |||

Restore older (backup) versions of those files. If you do not have backups, then yes, you must do it manually. | |||

Are users able to login to their accounts stilll? It is possible that the user accounts still exist, but the configuration program cannot see them. Try right clicking on the shortcut for the NowSMS configuration program and run it as an administrator. If that restores the user accounts, we have an update that forces the configuration program to always run as an admin to avoid this potential problem. Regards, Bryce Norwood NowSMS Support | |||
