hi, as much help as possible and explained in the simpliest terms!! I have bluetoothed video footage from a samsung e720 to my samsung D500. How ever when going to play the videos the phone states "Not asupported content" Anything i can do????? | |||

This is the support forum for the Now SMS/MMS gateway software product. So I can only provide limited support for your non-product related questions. I can only assume that the two phones in question support different video formats. Although, I have to admit that I would find this to be very surprising if it were the case (unless the video you were trying to transfer was pre-loaded on to the E720, and in that case it might be copy protected). You might want to try searching for a discussion forum that deals more with Samsung mobile phones. http://www.howardforums.com is a decent general mobile phone forum, but I'm not sure if there is another forum that might be better for issues specific to Samsung phones. -bn | |||
