Hi.. i want to know if samsung D600 support recieving sms as a GSM modem, and also i want to know do i have to press "apply" button in now sms so the now sms can save the changed settings and can recieve sms, because when i do that the mobile can't be added again and i have the following error" unable to intialize the modem", although it have been added in the first place. thx in advance | |||

Hi, I don't have any information on the Samsung D600. Generally speaking, when it comes to phones operating as modems, SonyEricsson and Nokia phones seem to be the most reliable, at least in my experience. Is there any more information on the "Unable to initialize modem" error? The specific information included with this error would give us a better idea of what is happening. Are you running under Windows Terminal Server (or Remote Desktop) by any chance? -bn | |||
