Hello I understand NowSMS didn't process MT messages with 2-way only MO, yet is there any way for it to process MT receipts with 2-way to make it execute a script once an MT receipt has arrived? I was wondering if NowSMS 5.5 or 2006 supports execution of a script for an MT receipt.

Huh? Receiving any message, whether it is a receipt or a standard message ... is considered to be MT. So let me address the question specifically with regard to receipts. If you are using an SMPP connection, or a GSM modem, then yes, receipts can be route to a 2-way command script for processing. To request a delivery receipt, a message must be submitted with a flag set to indicate that a receipt is requested ... this is done in the HTTP interface with the following parameter added to the URL: "&ReceiptRequested=Yes" NowSMS can support this parameter when messages are routed outbound via SMPP or a GSM modem. GSM modem support for this differs between NowSMS v5.5 and 2006 ... in 2006, will track message ids and use an SMPP format receipts. If you want to find out about GSM modem receipt support in earlier versions of NowSMS, try searching the forum using a keyword of "ReceiptRequested". (Unfortunately, I have limited internet access at the moment, otherwise I'd do a search and point you to the most relevant links.) There are also some differences in receipt handling for SMPP environments between v5.5 and 2006. (For v5.5, you need the v5.51k update, and you need to search the forums for references to the TrackSMPPReceipts setting, which is enabled by default now in 2006.) Basically, receipts are going to start with the text "id:", so you would define a command prefix of "id:*" for processing them. (Pre-2006, receipts from a GSM modem came in with "Report:" as the prefix.) -bn
