Because i have no external IP address, could NowSMS/MMS gateway be configured so that i can send MMS in case my server is not accessible over the internet ? | |||

For reference, please see the "How MMS Works" article at http://www.nowsms.com/howmmsworks.htm. Note that most mobile operators block MMS delivery from external MMSCs, so the issue of whether or not your server is accessible over the internet becomes a moot point.
