Hi Jay,

I do not believe it to be possible to specify a Unicode or Arabic sender address (alpha sender).

Basically, when it comes to the actual over the air GSM SMS message encoding, the sender can be a number or an alphanumeric. When it is alphanumeric, the definition of the field format says that it consists of a number of 7-bit characters represented as the default alphabet defined in GSM 03.38. Or in other words, it can only contain characters that are part of the 7-bit GSM character set. That means only the characters in the table of the following posting: http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/1/1103.html
