Hi, I use NowSMS. I get SMS from operator through SMPP 3.4 my client is also connected to me by SMPP protocol. Sorry if I am repeating early asked question, searched but could not find the answer. How do I know wheather the client received SMS or not? I see SMS in SMSINxxx.log file, it shows that I got from operator. but the client did not get SMS. and there is no SMS in the queue. thank you. | |||

Hi, You can request a delivery report ... if your SMS provider supports it. When you send a message with a delivery report requested, you will receive a delivery report back as an inbound SMS with the status of the message (delivered or error). Thank you for your reply. is it possible to request delivery report for one account only? I have about 20 accounts in NowSMS, and each acount has 2-15 short numbers. It would be very harmful to allow delivery report for all. | |||

It isn't possible to configure this as a default setting for a particular account, but you can include the "&ReceiptRequested=Yes" parameter in the URL request when submitting any messages that require a delivery receipt. |
