Hello yee,

In the "WAP Gateway IP Address" field, specify http://10.100.6.101:3130.

This tells NowSMS to use a WAP2/HTTP proxy on port 3130.

Hi,

Configure the "MMS Settings" for receiving MMS messages via the modem under the "Properties" for the modem in the SMSC list.

Received MMS messages can be processed in a variety of different ways depending on these settings.

1.) Receive to MMS-IN Directory - In this case, received MMS messages are unpacked and stored in the MMS-IN subdirectory of the NowSMS installation. The MMS header is converted to a text format and is saved as a .HDR file in that directory. These headers include "X-NowMMS-Content-Location:" headers that point to individual files that make up the content of the MMS message (e.g., text part(s), image part(s), etc.)

On the 2-way page of the NowSMS configuration, there is a "View" button that allows you to view any received MMS messages sitting in this directory.

2.) Route via MM7 - This setting converts the receive MMS message to the MM7 format (XML based, defined in 3GPP TS 23.140), where it is posted to an HTTP server. (See http://www.nowsms.com/documentation/ProductDocumentation/mms_notifications_and_c ontent/Submitting_MMS_Messages_MM7.htm) In order to configure this setting, you must first define an MM7 connection under "MMSC Routing".

3.) A special variation of "Route via MM7" translates the message into an "HTTP file upload" post that can be easily processed by a PHP script. For more details, see http://www.nowsms.com/support/bulletins/tb-nowsms-016.htm.

4.) Forward to an E-Mail Address - This option repackages the MMS message as an SMTP e-mail message to be forwarded to a specified e-mail address.

5.) Route to Local User - This option allows you to route the MMS message to a local "SMS Users" account defined in NowSMS. This user account is able to connect to NowSMS using the POP3 e-mail protocol to retrieve the message in a POP3/SMTP format.
