We are licensed for 30 messages per minute and with the 2006 version we get that rate. When we upgraded to 2008 the message rate dropped to 1 per minute. If we add multiple modems the rate increases to one message per modem each minute. (ex. 1 modem = 1 message per min, 5 modems = 5 messages per min). There appears to be some built in delay since the message sending continues after exactly one minute. We certainly want the increased security of 2008, but at this speed it is not usable. Downgrading to 2006 fixed the speed issue.

Where did you purchase the product and what is your serial number and company name?

As Keith says, if you experience a problem of this nature, please contact us directly using the information at http://www.nowsms.com/contact.htm. Provide us with serial number and company name information, and we'll get the problem sorted quickly.

You shouldn't need a new activation code, but we did have 2 or 3 customers that needed a new code to go from the 2006 to the 2007 version, which may be what you are experiencing.
