Hi I am trying send the video as an mms with size of 370kb in mp4 format , iam able to recieve the mms but its getting corrupted,even i tried with the 60 kb of avi format not able view the mms ,i am able to send the image as mms and able to view also. thanks in advance | |||

Hi, How are you trying to send it? Many mobile operators have effective limits of about 250KB MMS message size on their systems. (Not a hard limit, but a limit of some system components, and some receivers.) If you are using a GSM modem to send MMS messages via an operator MMSC, you can often get around this limitation by using the HTTP/WAP2 proxy instead of the WAP/WSP proxy. In NowSMS, where you configure the "MMSC Routing" definition, you can specify an HTTP/WAP2 proxy in place of a WAP/WSP proxy by using the following syntax in the "WAP Gateway IP Address" field: http://ip.address:port You'd have to check your mobile operator web site to determine the correct port number for their WAP2/HTTP MMS proxy. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
