I had read the thread that claiming that NowSMS can send SMS to phone with port number, just need a confimation whether this is true or not? Thanks.

By the way, when the SMS send out fromt the NowSMS, what is the format? does it in 8 bit or 7 bit? The sms send from Now SMS is in binary or text? if my mobile phone send SMS to NowSMS in byte array form, can NowSMS get the message?where can i search more detail about this?

Regarding the format question, it depends on the message. You can send in binary format or in text format.

By default, NowSMS will only pass received messages in text format to a "2-way" command. If you need to route binary messages to a "2-way" command, then see:
