We have faced the following situation:

We have one host (processing center) which is connected to the application “NowSms”. Clients of our host are 2 operators of mobile communication and this communication bilateral, i.e. as our host can send them a sms, and they can send sms commands to host. Short number for these 2 Mobile Operators is identical. We have registered 2 connections in the “NowSms” application settings. The host without problems receives sms from clients of mobile operators, but in a case when the host sends sms to clients there is a collision connected by that “NowSms” application doesn't know to which of operators the sms should be sent.

How we can resolve the given situation?

Hi,

The following should answer your question:

Please advise if additional clarification is required.

Hi Alexander,

I don't know how to add any more detail than what is contained in that link ... although I will give it a try.

Is there a particular part of it that you are confused about?

The short answer is that if you are running NowSMS v2008.03.22 or later, then you need to manually edit the SMSGW.INI (located in ProgramData\NowSMS or Program Files\NowSMS or Program Files (x86)\NowSMS depending on your version of Windows), and under the [SMSGW] header of this file, add 2WayReplySameServer=Yes. Then restart the NowSMS service.

If you are running an older version of NowSMS, then there is no simple configuration option to do this. (If you need to upgrade, contact our sales offices via any contact point described at http://www.nowsms.com/contact.htm.)

The "long answer" in the above link explains how this can be done when you are using more advanced processing in a 2-way command script.
