Hi! We currently have the trial version of NowSms and MMS. At the moment, we are testing and we are having problems sending mms messages from the web interface. Using the setup we have configured, we can send text messages and wap push messages with no problem at all, although using the wap url information provided in the install guide, the mobile cannot access the url link??? (http://mms.now.co.uk/index.wml) However, from the web interface we can send a multimedia message where the application says that the message has been submitted, but nothing appears on the receipient phone. I have checked all the settings on both the mobile being used as a gateway and the NowSms settings and I can't see anything different. Any help on other things I could check would be much appreciated, we are currently using the trial version for research | |||

Added: When testing the connection in the SMSC properties or the MMSC Routing properties dialogue boxes, a GPRS connection is made and the mobile communicates with NowSMS but at the end of the testing, an error message appears saying unable to access WAP gateway. The mobile is now also making GPRS connections and ending them, once every two minutes...but nothing is being sent! Is there anyway of getting hold of any diagnostic information, so that we ca actually see what is happening? | |||
