how can I address a SMS to a particular SIM application? for example: I want to a SMS to go to the address book, to get a random name, and to display it. I know that this should be easy, and I have to define something in the UDH, but I don't know what. Please help. thanks | |||

Are you writing the application, or are you attempting to interface with a built-in application? If you are writing an application, then the following thread might be helpful to you: http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/1/2008.html If you are trying to interface with the existing address book application in the phone, then some phones allow you to send a vCard to the phone via SMS, but there is not a universal standard for the format of this SMS (and it is not supported by all phones).
