Hi Nowsms Team

Got a question; When using sms2http is there any possibility of, one sms generating the same http request twice? for example if we have a condition of bad internet quality?
Can we read http logs like smsin &smsout somewhere?

Regards

Hi saimo,

Hopefully that's a bump ... not a dump.

Yes, I am having a hard time understanding. But I think I understand.

You are asking about inbound SMS being delivered via HTTP to a command defined on the "2-way" command table.

An internet problem between NowSMS and the web server hosting the 2-way command script can result in the same SMS being delivered more than once.

To help detect this problem, we include a replacement parameter that you can insert in the URL ... @@MESSAGEID@@.

Otherwise, yes, you can use the SMSIN-yyyymmdd.LOG files. One thing to be aware of, however, is that for long messages, NowSMS reassembles them into a single message before delivering to a 2-way command ... but in the SMSIN log, it will be shown as individual messages.
