How do we flush out / Remove any unsent messages. Scenario where the SMPP line was down for a long time (could be the test line) and when we want to activate it, we do not want any old messages to be released... Only th new messages Mathew | |||

Hi Mathew, All of the messages are stored in the Q subdirectory structure. The files (and subdirectories) can be deleted. It is easy to do this if you only have old messages in the queue and want to clear them all. It is more difficult if there is a mix of new and old. The "View Outbound SMS Queue" button in NowSMS will allow you to sort by submit time and delete ... but it does not perform very well if there are many thousands of messages. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
