I currently have Option ICON 322 USB Modem set up on nowsms and it works great. I was asked to add another line to our current nowsms service. I purchased another Option ICON 322 USB Modem and had it set up, but later encountered driver conflicts between two same modems. As I read through the posts here on discussion board, I've confirmed that this infact was the conflict problem between the two same drivers. Can you recomend a good alternative to Option ICON 322 USB Modem which is supported by nowsms and will work great along side with Option ICON 322? I already have a SIM card activated and ready to be inserted in to a new modem. Thank you. | |||

I've recently migrated from NowSMS Lite with a single Option ICON 322 to a new server with the full NowSMS software using two Option ICON 322s and am having a bunch of trouble - it worked ok in the lab, but now it's on site the modems keep freezing/locking and becoming unavailable. I'm wondering if this is the same problem you had? (it sounds similar) And did you find a suitable replacement/workaround? | |||
