Hi, I have connected NOWSMS to Sonim phone - XP5560. NOWSMS gives comport error everytime. It even crashes my phone. Can you please help me with this issue. Version - v2012.05.01 | |||

Hi, I am not familiar with that phone model. However, if the phone is crashing, that is a strong indication that the phone does not provide a functional modem interface that supports GSM modem AT commands (ETSI GSM 07.05 & 07.07 standards, or 3GPP TS 27.005 & 27.007). I do see that the manufacturer has PC software tools for sending/receiving SMS, however that software might use a proprietary interface.
