I cannot find any Enquire_link in the tcpdump trace i have taken. But in my portal logs i'm getting the error : Message center timeout. For Message center timeout should i be able to find any Enquire_link and connect packets in tcpdump trace? Please i need some help urgently. | |||

Hi, I am not sure the context in which you are asking this question. When NowSMS is configured as an SMPP client (connection defined in the "SMSC" list of NowSMS), NowSMS will regularly send an enquired_link packet at a configured interval ... if there is no other activity on the connection. The default interval is 58 seconds, which can be adjusted under "Properties"/"Advanced Settings"/"Keep-alive interval". -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
