Hello there,

I see 'software upgrade agreement is expired' Service tab on NowSMS and also see 'License capacity threshold reached' under Serial tab.

Although, it has been processing all the messages without any known problems.

Could you please elaborate the significance of these messages?
I believe we have an unlimited license for 20 sms per minute.

Thanks

Hi Pavan,

I can explain.

"Software update agreement is expired" means that you will not be able to install updated versions of NowSMS. The version you ave installed will continue to function.

If you would like information on renewing access to updates, email your license details to nowsms@nowsms.com, and they can provide more detailed information.

"License capacity threshold reached" - This is informational. You have a 20 messages per minute license, so this information reports how often your system was running at full capacity during recent time periods. It is strictly informational.
