Hi Des,

I am evaluating management alert, do not understand why when a client sends a message, the message fails.

Correctly acknowledged by email the following message:

Could not SMS message to be sent 595984215487 (ZTE Proprietary), ERROR - Modem Response (2): + CMS ERROR: 500 Sunday, September 7, 2014 @ 23:31

Is possible to add the user account in the body of the email sent when the failed message?

I can not identify the user who sent a message failed.

PD: No use SMPP
