Hello, I have issue with com connection. i added specific numbers in this connection(lets name it connection A) , and every time i try to send sms to those numbers , the sms get out from another connection (lets name it connection B). connection A and B have common user as alloweduser. but as i know if we specify number in a connection the sms will go through this one. our version is v2015.06.24 | |||

Hi, To answer your question, I need to see your configuration...either the SMSGW.INI or screen captures of the routing settings. The most common issues are number format inconsistencies (such as 0777777777 instead of +447777777777), or a prefix without a * (+44* matches +447777777777, but +44 does not). -- Des NowSMS Support | |||

Hi, I reviewed the number format, and nothing wrong with it. if i assigned the user to connection A only, the sms goes through it, but if the user is assigned for both connections A and B, the sms goes through B. I am testing via the nowsms web interface . | |||

Hi, Unfortunately, I still need to see the settings. I tried setting up 2 connections with settings similar to what you describe, and got the results expected. Hello, Sorry for not replying. Strange thing happened, after multiple restarts to the server , the routing returned normal. Thanks for help. | |||
