Hi, I need uregent help restoring my NOWSMS functionality.

Three days ago it was left sending about 1300 messages from an excel worksheet.

But it seems Excel VBA was not properly programmed 'when to stop'. So after getting to the end of the range that had phone numbers (fairly quickly), it continued submitting blank numbers until more than 1,000,000 were submitted. The next morning we found it (PC hosting NowSMS barely responsive). This morning we noted that Chrome is disoriented somehow, so no more messages can be submitted through it either from Excel or directly from the Web Driven Interface. We have reinstalled it and nothing is working. We even tried Internet Explorer trying to work around Chrome ... still no connection. Now we are thinking NowSMS itsled needs repair or reinstallation.

The Follwing is the error message from Chrome (and something like it from Internet Explorer: 'This site can’t be reached, 127.0.0.1 refused to connect., ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"

How do we proceed?

It sounds like the Q directory might be overloaded. Try deleting it.
