Hi

We have a customer who is connected to Vodafone using SMPP v3.4 but we had to set the "WDA Adaptation for WAP" setting for long messages delivery.

When we deliver long messages, NOWSMS splits (2 or more callbacks) and so logged as 2 messages. The delivery confirmation Vodafone sends only one as we deliver to them as a single message due to the above setting.

So the second split message is not marked as DELIVERED.

Do advise, if there a way to handle this.

Hi Mathew,

Unfortunately, that is how it works.

Only one delivery report is received, so only one is forwarded.

I have been discussing this with our engineering team to see if this can be changed, but this is a relatively complex scenario.
