Dear Support, We have SMPP client binded to NowSMS gw who submit_sm to our upstream SMSC provider defined under SMSC connection tab. Delivery Reports return from upstream SMSC are successfully relay back to SMPP client binding via deliver_sm. Sometimes we found that the DLR deliver by NowSMS gw are delay over 90 mins or more. We checked the DLR send out time logged in SMSOUT-2016MMDD.log and compare the packet capture time of the same DLR. There is significant difference in the logged time and capture time.
