Hi, I need help on SMSC w/ modem. When I added an SSL in my site NOWSMS can no longer push the message to my server. When I checked the SMS_Debug it says RetrieveURL: SSL_Connect: Error 140770FC making SSL connecting Please help on how do I fix the SMS pushing to my SSL page. Thanks | |||

Hi Pancho, Sorry for the delay run response. This error indicates an unknown SSL/TLS protocol. What version of NowSMS are you running? For security reasons, current versions of NowSMS only support TLS, not the older SSLv2 and SSLv3. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||

An additional thought...are you able to test your site's SSL/TLS with this site: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/ That test is very helpful as the results will tell you what versions of SSL/TLS are supported, and which encryption protocols are enabled on the server. | |||
