Hi, This occurs if an older version is installed over a new version. Delete the HTML subdirectory under the NowSMS installation, then run the install again. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||

I saw that we have two versions installed. Now SMS Gateway (installed in 2014) and Now SMS Lite (installed in 2018). What if I remove the Lite Version? The Now SMS software will lost the configuration files? | |||

Hi, Do not remove anything via Windows Add/Remove Programs. Manually delete smslite.exe and any menu links for NowSMS Lite. Delete the HTML directory. Run the old install. Uncheck “run as a service” for each of the NowSMS services to remove them. Then check the boxes to reinstall the services (this ensures they are not running in Lite mode) — Des NowSMS Support | |||
