hi, meery xmas! can any one tell me how to switch the MWI icon on on the phone? what is the specific format you need to send to the smsc over ucp to set this on/off? Thanks, Sun | |||

Hi Sun, Well, there is an easy way to do this with NowSMS. I mention it, because you are posting your question in the support forum for the NowSMS product. The HTTP interface for turning MWI on and off is described in the following link: http://www.nowsms.com/documentation/ProductDocumentation/sending_messages/send_v oice_mail_notification_messages.htm If you are trying to do this yourself, then I would refer you to the ETSI specifications ... it's probably in ETSI GSM 03.40 (http://www.etsi.org). -bn | |||
