Hi, I assume that you're asking this question in a NowSMS context, referring to the "SMS Users" accounts? But I'm not sure how this relates to billing, so please expand upon your question. Messages are routed to these user accounts based upon the phone number of the recipient. If NowSMS sees a message where the recipient matches one in the "Recipient address(es) to route to this user" field for a user, then NowSMS will route the message to the matching user account. This configuration field can contain one or more phone numbers, with phone numbers separated by a comma. Address masks can also be used, for example, "999*" will match all recipient addresses that start with "999". "*" matches one or more digits, and "?" matches exactly one digit. One special note on this ... if you are receiving messages via a GSM modem, then you need to configure the properties for the GSM modem in the "SMSC" list of NowSMS. Set a phone number for the modem. When NowSMS receives a message over this modem, it will apply this phone number as the recipient, and will route the message to a user account that matches this phone number. -bn | |||

This will be better if 2 or more users have the same receipient phone number.
