Hi,

The easiest way to do this is to define the “allowed” prefixes in your SMSC definition.

The example below shows the settings.

“Use for any outbound messages” should be turned off.

“Outbound Routing Prefix List” should contain a list of allowed prefixes to route via this SMSC.

Messages that do not match the prefix list on any SMSC connection will fail to send.
