I mean, if i’ve several users, can we leave the “ Route All Received SMS to Local User Account:” to none and the system will forward the MO to the last smpp user that sent a MT to this number, of course there is a little risk of error if more than one customer had sent MT to this number but it’s acceptable

We actually have a setting for this, but it is not very well documented, because it was added for a particular customer scenario, and it is not sufficiently "real world" tested.

The following settings in the [SMSGW] section of SMSGW.INI to enable this functionality:

ReplyTrack=Yes
ReplyTrackSimple=Yes

Both settings track outbound messages sent by different NowSMS user accounts.

ReplyTrackSimple=Yes tracks only the destination address of the outbound message. If an inbound message has a matching source address, the message is routed to the user account that most recently sent to that address.

ReplyTrack=Yes tracks both source and destination of outbound messages. For an inbound message to be considered a reply match, the inbound source/destination must match the outbound destination/source.

If you read the related discussion that I linked to above, you will see that one of the issues that you can run into with this setting is issues with different MSISDN formats (particularly if your system has a mix of national and international formats).
