User Interface Not Displaying

Hi NowSMS Team,

I bought a license of this application on a Mac. Everything was running smoothly and all of the sudden the page says "This site can’t be reached" I tried restarting the system and reinstalling the app but when the installer instructed me to go to the link provided. The browser still displays "This site can’t be reached".

Please help.

Hello again,

Added more info...

This is the farthest I can go before experiencing the "This site can't be reached" message.

After, reinstalling the application. It redirected me to localhost:8808 and I can see the attached file.

Login Screen

After clicking the login button, it says "This site can't be reached"

I hope this added info will help you narrow down the problem.

Hi Pancho,

We were still fixing a lot of bugs earlier this year, so I’d like to get you to download an update manually at https://nowsms.com/download/macos/nowsms.tar.gz

Extract and run NowSMSInstall which should offer an update button in addition to the login & remove service buttons.

I figured out the problem, I was tried installing it on a different folder. I thought you can just simply overwrite the old NowSMS folder.
