Hi thr! We have a mobile application and we are presently using it for sending and recieving the MMS messages. After recieving the Notification PDU we try to download the MMS from the given location.But when we do so there is a probability that the server is down or some other problem which makes the download to fail(sometimes).How can i exactly know as to which error the download has stopped and flash a similar mssg to the user? Is it advisable to tell the user as to why the download failed or shld we abstract the user from the technicalities and just show donwload failed? Hw do u handle such situation in UK/US?
