I am doing a study on the SMS Cell Broadcast. I am new to this area. I like to know about the SMS Cell Broadcast Message Scheduling at BSC/RNC.

Request you to share more info or if any white papers on this various methods of Cell Broadcast Message Scheduling algorithms at BSC/RNC can be very helpful & much appreciated.
I will be greatly obliged if you can help me in this regard.
